The Faulkner County Courthouse is one of three courthouses erected in Faulkner County, Arkansas.

First and Second Courthouses
Colonel Asa P. Robinson, chief railroad engineer for the Little Rock and Fort Smith Railroad, donated the land for a courthouse square in September 1873. The courthouse served what was then called Conway Station the county seat of Faulkner County. The first courthouse was constructed that same year. This courthouse burned to the ground in 1890. The second courthouse was erected in 1893.

The Art Deco third courthouse was built in 1936 of brick, concrete, and asphalt. The courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The address of the courthouse is 801 Locust Street.
