Jackson T. "Jack" Stephens was chairman of financial services and investment banking company Stephens Inc. in Little Rock.

Stephens graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1946. He became president of Stephens Inc. in 1957, serving until 1986. Under his leadership the company made significant investments in Wal-Mart, Systematics, Federal Express, and Tyson Foods.

Stephens was a member of the University of Arkansas board of trustees between 1948 and 1958.
