The Mansion Vegetable Garden is a plot of land in the southeast corner of the Arkansas Governor's Mansion grounds where organic vegetables are grown for dinner parties.
The Vegetable Garden is managed by the University of Arkansas Master Gardeners, and includes five large and two small beds, a greenhouse, tool shed, composting bins, and a replica Governor's Mansion children's playhouse called the "Mini-Mansion." The garden is surrounded by a replica wooden picket fence like that at Rosewood, an 1840s country estate owned by Arkansas Territorial Governor William S. Fulton once located at the site of the governor's mansion. The garden is also framed by espalier, magnolia, holly, and flowering crabapple trees.
The vegetable garden sits astride the Mansion Parterre Garden and Mansion Family Garden.
