City Grove is a fifty-seven unit townhouse development on Maple Street in North Little Rock's Argenta Historic District. The development has a Little Rock River Rail streetcar stop. Partners in development of City Grove were Vanadis 3, the New Argenta Development Group, Solomon Partners, Humphreys & Partners Architects, and the Dave Grundfest Company.
