Sybil Hampton is past president of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas. As president of the nonprofit she controlled over $130 million in assets. She served the foundation from 1996 to 2007. Hampton was succeeded by Sherece Y. West in May 2007.
Hampton was the first African-American student to attend Little Rock's Central High School for all three years and graduate.
