The Faulkner County Courthouse is one of three courthouses erected in Faulkner County, Arkansas.

First and Second Courthouses

Colonel Asa P. Robinson, chief railroad engineer for the Little Rock and Fort Smith Railroad, donated the land for a courthouse square in September 1873. The courthouse served what was then called Conway Station the county seat of Faulkner County. The first courthouse was constructed that same year. This courthouse burned to the ground in 1890. The second courthouse was erected in 1893.

Third Courthouse

The Art Deco third courthouse was built in 1936 of brick, concrete, and asphalt. The courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The address of the courthouse is 801 Locust Street.

On the grounds of the current courthouse is a large ship anchor painted yellow an dedicated in 1990 to "the brave members of the armed forces who served the United States of American with honor." Nearby is a flower garden maintained by the Faulkner County Master Gardeners.
