The Conway Theatre was located at 1016 Front Street in Conway, Arkansas. The 726-seat theater began as an opera house, with a stage, backdrops, electrical control board, and trapdoors, but was converted at some point in order to show movies on a single screen. The theater is mentioned in the 1930-1931 Conway City Directory, but may be older. Conway Theater closed in 1974, one year after the opening of the UA Cinema 1 & 2 at Faulkner Plaza in Conway.

The theater is featured in the closing titles of the James Bridges film September 30, 1955 (1977).
