The Pulaski County Fair was put on annually by the nonprofit Pulaski County Fair Association beginning with its incorporation on September 10, 1913. Forest Park became the site of the fair during World War I. In 1916 the fair departed for Fair Park, now known as War Memorial Park.

The Pulaski County Fair is now known as the Arkansas State Fair.
