Quentin Turner is president and owner of the Catering Connection. Turner was awarded a contract from the Clinton Foundation to provide food service at Café 42 in the Clinton Library.
Turner moved to Arkansas in October 2004 to manage the many catering arrangements associated with the Clinton Presidential Center dedication ceremony. His 200-person staff arranged meals for 18 events during dedication week, including a dinner for 1,300.
Catering Connection hosts many events in the Tulsa, Oklahoma, area with a staff of about 65 full-time employees. The company manages catering service in Tulsa's Gilcrease Museum and Philbrook Museum of Art. In 2003 the company expanded operations to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
