Floyd G. "Buddy Villines is the judge of the Pulaski County Court. He was originally elected to the office in 1992, and is running unopposed in 2010.
The Pulaski County Judge is the chief executive officer of county government and also carries judicial power over "county taxes, paupers, general public utilities, trade and commerce, transportation and natural resources." Villines presides over the Pulaski County Quorum Court with the power to veto any vote. The office of the Pulaski County Judge is located at 201 South Broadway, Suite 400.
