John DiPippa is a Professor of Law at the Clinton School of Public Service. He is concurrently the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Distinguished Professor of Law and Public Policy at the UALR Bowen School of Law.

DiPippa received his bachelor's degree from West Chester University in 1974 and his juris doctorate from Washington & Lee University in 1978. DiPippa has practiced or taught for the Legal Aid Society of Roanoke Valley, Virginia, the Washington & Lee clinical program, and Blue Ridge Legal Services.
