'''James Pitcher''' (c. 1792-October 4, 1844) was the fifth mayor of [[Little Rock]], and the first elected mayor of the incorporated [[City of Little Rock]], serving from 1835 to 1838. Pitcher owned a store in the city. 

Pitcher is interred at [[Mount Holly Cemetery]].
