The '''Tri-State Donald W. Reynolds Governor's Cup''' is a business plan competition sponsored in three states - Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Nevada - that were important in the former media empire of [[Donald W. Reynolds]]. Business plan competitions are hosted in the spring of each year within each state, and first and second place winners are advanced to a overall award competition held each May in Las Vegas.
