Indian Head is a two-ton, twenty foot-tall oak sculpture carved by Peter Toth in 1975. The sculpture was originally located in Little Rock's MacArthur Park, but by 1998 had deteriorated badly and was removed to a storage warehouse. Renovation of the sculpture was accomplished as part of an Eagle Scout project. In September 2002 Indian Head was moved to the History Pavilion in Riverfront Park where it sits today.

Toth traveled across the country carving heads in each state in the Union. This sculpture is number thirteen in a sequence of seventy such sculptures.
