Private First Class James A. Skipper

Personal History
Skipper was born in England, Arkansas to James A. Skipper, Sr. James. He attended the Arkansas State Teachers College from 1937 to 1938.
Skipper served as an oil refinery operator when he entered the military. He received his military training at Camp Hood, Texas and was a rifleman in the 149th Infantry.
Skipper died on 26 June 1945.
