Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) are properties formerly controlled by the U.S. Department of Defense in the United States and its possessions. In Arkansas the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Little Rock District engages in mitigation of hazardous waste and other environmental hazards at eighty-two FUDS.
