William Booker Worthen was a leading banker, real estate developer, and broker in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Worthen was born to George A. Worthen and Louisa B. (Booker) Worthen on September 17, 1852. He attended the Arkansas Freemasons St. John's College in Little Rock. After college he became a surveyor and then a real estate agent with D. F. Shall. When Shall passed away, Worthen joined in partnership with Gordon N. Peay, who also died, and then E. W. Parker.

Worthen was a member of the Royal Arcanum and Knights of Honor.
