University Plaza is a shopping center located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Asher and University avenues. University Plaza was purchased for $5.4 million in 2004 by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is now home to the university's welcome center, a radio station, and the Applied Studio of Woodworking.
