Tower Investments LLC is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Woodland, California. The company is owner and manager of the ninety-four unit Lafayette Square condominium complex in downtown Little Rock. The company purchased the former Cohn, Boyle, Arkansas and Lafayette buildings at Sixth and Louisiana streets for $400,000 in 2005 and consolidated them into Lafayette Square.
