The eighteen-story Tower Building is located at the corner of Fourth and Center streets in downtown Little Rock. It is easily distinguished from the old Tower Building of the former Little Rock Arsenal. From 1960, when it opened, to 1968 it was the tallest building in Arkansas. The exclusive Top of the Rock Club once occupied the eighteenth floor of the building.
