The Tower Building is located at the corner of Fourth and Center streets in downtown Little Rock. It should be distinguished from the Tower Building of the former Little Rock Arsenal.
The Tower Building is marked at the street entrance as the Catlett-Prien Tower Building for resident firms Catlett Inc. and ??
Built in 1960, the Tower Building is eighteen stories tall. A parking garage for the building is just to the east on the same block. The building had been the local headquarters of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) since 1961.
