Touch the Sky is a bronze sculpture located behind the River Market in downtown Little Rock. The sculptor of Touch the Sky is Jane DeDecker. The sculpture was cast in 1997 and installed in the River Market in November 2004. The sculpture, part of the Sculpture Promenade, features four children playing on top of an old tree stump. The sculpture is owned by the City of Little Rock and was paid for by private donors Margaret and Bill Clark.
