Todd Rice is partner in the Vanadis3 Investment Group. Vanadis3 is developer of the $17.4 million Block 2 Lofts out of the old Wallace Building, Democrat Printing and Lithograph Building, and Beal-Burrow Dry Goods Building in Little Rock's River Market District. Rice also spearheaded restoration of the Kramer Elementary School into artist's lofts in the MacArthur Park Historic District.
