Tim Chappell is co-owner of Gusano's, a Chicago-style pizzeria and bar in the River Market. Chappell originally opposed the ban on smoking in restaurants, bars, and workplaces that took effect under the Arkansas Clean Indoor Air Act of July 2006. Said Chappell in June 2007, "We try to cater to the nonsmokers. It's just been a perception for so long that smoke is one of the things you have to deal with if you go to a bar. People at least now have a choice."
