The Village at Hendrix is a proposed New Urbanist neighborhood on property owned by Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. The designer of the neighborhood, Andres Duany, is the same that produced the Truman Show community of Seaside, Florida. The design of homes in the neighborhood was inspired by architectural elements drawn from the Hillcrest neighborhood of Little Rock and a 1923 catalog of home design called Your Future Home.
