The Salty Parrot is a [North Little Rock]], Arkansas, restaurant on a re-purposed barge floating on the Arkansas River in the North Shore Maritime Center. The barge was once known as the "Shipwreck Mary." Until 2004 the barge was home to the Gators Barge and Grill.

The barge sank in the river on Thursday, March 26, 2009.
