Paul Bash was the executive chef of the high-end French Restaurant Jacques et Suzanne on the thirtieth floor of the Regional Bank Building in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was also part-owner of Graffiti's Italian Restaurant beginning in 1984. Bash joined with business partners Ed Moore and Louie Petit in several other restaurants established under the company Continental Cuisine: Restaurant 1620, Pickles, The Purple Cow Restaurant, and Alouette's. The Continental Cuisine partnership was dissolved in 2007.
