The first seven floors contain the Jones Eye Institute. The upper five floors house the Rockefeller Cancer Institute.
The tower was designed by Polk Stanley Rowland Curzon Porter Architects. Construction was accomplished by Little Rock's Baldwin & Shell Construction Company.
