Mark E. McMurtrey is Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). McMurtrey is also a faculty member in the MBA Program at UCA. McMurtrey received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and a Ph.D. in MIS from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. He has served on the faculties of Francis Marion University, the University of South Carolina, and the University of Idaho, and others.
