Mark Grobmyer is a Little Rock attorney at Arnold, Grobmyer & Haley. He was a prominent booster of the failed Project 2000 downtown revitalization plan, lobbying in particular for a new city civil rights museum.

Grobmyer attended Jefferson Elementary School and went to college at Washington & Lee in Lexington, Virginia. His family founded Grobmyer Lumber and Roofing in 1928.
