Little Rock Unlimited Progress (known colloquially as "Little Rock Up") is a former local association of downtown boosters and civic organizers. Little Rock Unlimited Progress had been formed from the merger of two predecessor groups - the Urban Progress Association and Downtown Little Rock Unlimited - in April 1970 to revive the prospects of downtown retailers.
