Lake Bailey is located inside the boundary of Petit Jean State Park southwest of Morrilton, Arkansas. The lake is 170-acres in size, and is stocked with bluegill, channel catfish, crappie, largemouth bass, and redear sunfish. The lake has a handicapped-accessible boat dock and a boathouse open during the vacation season. Bike and boat rentals are available at the boathouse, where snacks are sold. Boats are restricted to a ten horsepower limit. Camping, picnicking, and hiking trails side astride the lake.

Lake Bailey was formed by the creation of a rock dam on Cedar Creek above the ninety-five foot waterfall Cedar Falls.
