Kavanaugh Field was the first home of the Little Rock Travelers minor league baseball team. The field was established at West End Park in 1901. The field was named in 1915 for William Kavanaugh, former team owner and president of the Southern Association. The Travelers left the ballpark for Traveler Field (later renamed Ray Winder Field) in 1931, and the property was redeveloped as Quigley Stadium for Central High School.
