The Junior League of Little Rock (JLLR) is a nonprofit charitable and educational "organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers."

The JLLR was founded in 1914 as a local affiliate of the United Charities (later renamed the United Way). The JLLR severed its relationship to United Charities in 1921 and the next year joined the Association of Junior Leagues. The JLLR was incorporated in 1929.
