Jim Youngquist is director of the Institute for Economic Advancement in the College of Business at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He began on March 1, 2008. Youngquist is former administrator at the University of Georgia Public Service Outreach and director of the SouthEast Regional Directors Institute.
