Jess Odom

Jesse Paul Odom is the founder of Maumelle, Arkansas. Maumelle is a planned New Town, developed with assistance from the Urban Growth and New Community Development Act of 1970. Odom Boulevard and the Jess Odom Community Center are named in his honor.
