Jane DeDecker

Jane DeDecker is a sculptor commissioned by the the City of Little Rock to produce Touch the Sky, a bronze sculpture located behind the River Market in downtown Little Rock. The sculpture was cast in 1997 and installed as part of the Sculpture Promenade in November 2004. The sculpture features four children playing on top of an old tree stump. The sculpture was paid for by private donors Margaret and Bill Clark.
