James T. Dyke is an attorney and president of Dyke Associates of Little Rock. He is also chairman of Dyke Industries, Inc.

Dyke was a collector of watercolors and drawings by French Neo-Impressionist Paul Signac. He donated 133 works of art to the Arkansas Arts Center, creating the James T. Dyke Collection.

Dyke is the recipient of the 2001 Individual Patron Governor's Arts Award for his support of the arts in Arkansas.
