The Harriet Tubman sculpture sits in Clinton Presidential Park in the River Market District of Little Rock, Arkansas. Jane DeDecker sculpted the statue of Tubman walking with a young boy on the Underground Railroad out of bronze. The sculpture was installed on site in November 2004. An inscription on the concrete base reads: "Children, if you're tired, keep going. If you're hungry, keep going. If you're scared, keep going. If you want a taste of freedom, keep going."

The outdoor sculpture is maintained by the City of Little Rock. Private donors working with city director Dean Kumpuris purchased Harriet Tubman.
