The Gem Theatre was an African-American movie house once located at 712 West Ninth Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The 632-seat theater opened in the former Tucker's Restaurant building in 1944. Tucker's Restaurant was originally the physician's office for Warren J. Bruce, who occupied the building as early as 1893. The theater was torn down during construction of Interstate 630 in 1975.
