The Eastside Lofts are located in the renovated and restored Eastside High School building at 1401 Scott Street in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. The building contains 65,000 square feet of living space divided into forty-one loft apartments. The owner of Eastside Lofts is The ARC of Arkansas and Bell/Corley Investments. The developer was Vanadis Investment Group. The design firm was Fennell Purifoy Hammock. The contractor was Wade Abernathy, Inc. The renovation and restoration effort cost $3.6 million. The lofts were dedicated on January 23, 2002.

Eastside High School was originally known as Little Rock High School. The building was constructed in Colonial Revival style in 1904 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
