Eagle of the Rock is a sculpture on President Clinton Avenue created by Sandy Scott. The sculpture is owned by the City of Little Rock. City Director Dean Kumpuris paid for the sculpture with privately donated funds. The Eagle of the Rock was installed in November 2004.
