The Donald W. Reynolds Foundation was founded in 1954 by Donald W. Reynolds. The foundation exists to provide "improved facilities" for "outstanding local nonprofit organizations" in Arkansas, Nevada, and Oklahoma; support research into atherosclerosis and atherosclerotic heart disease; train physicians in geriatric medicine; and improve the "quality and integrity" of journalism, particularly business journalism and journalism in small communities.

The Reynolds Foundation sponsors the Arkansas Discovery Network.

The Donald W. Reynolds Foundation will expire as a legal entity on or before June 30, 2044, in accordance with the wishes of its chief benefactor. The headquarters of the foundation is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
