Don Gold

Donald Gold was the owner of Gold's House of Fashion at 317 Main Street in downtown Little Rock. Gold's father Max D. Gold had founded the store in 1964. Donald Gold took over the main store and two branch stores upon his father's retirement in 1979, and expanded the operation to six stores by the late 1980s.

Don Gold served as president of urban revitalization organization Little Rock Unlimited Progress. Gold and developer Jimmy Moses purchased and rehabilitated the Rose Building located at 307-311 Main Street.
