Cerami and Associates is an acoustical consulting firm in New York City. The company was founded by Vito V. Cerami in 1965. The company is famous for its pioneering studies of noise and vibration control in buildings. The current president of the firm is Victoria Cerami, Vito's daughter. Other partners in the firm are Stephen Lindsey and John Longman. Beginning in 1995 the company began expanding into the audiovisual design field.

Cerami provided acoustical work for the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.
