The Celebrity Sidewalk on Main Street between Markham and Third streets in downtown Little Rock was the brainchild of Tom Steves. The sidewalk, which included hands, feet, and autograph impressions by Sidney Moncrief, George H.W. Bush, Daisy Bates, and others, was established by Little Rock Unlimited Progress in 1979.
