The Capitol Hill Extension in 1888.

The Capitol Hill Extension is an addition to Little Rock, Arkansas. Real estate developer and Little Rock Cooperage Company secretary Rollins A. Edgarton platted the addition on October 14, 1872. Edgarton was joined in the venture by Beach Abstract president James H. Barton. The extension is now part of the Central High Historic District.
