Burrill Bunn Battle (1838-1917) was an associate justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court from 1885 into the 1910s.

Battle was born to Joseph J. Battle and Nancy (Stricklin) Battle in Hinds County, Mississippi, in 1838. Battle received an A.B. degree from Arkansas College in Fayetteville in 1856. He received his law degree from Cumberland University in Tennessee in 1858. He practiced law in Lewisville, Arkansas, from 1858 to 1861, before joining the South Carolina Artillery during the Civil War. He practiced law again after the war from 1865 to 1869. In 1871 he married Josephine A. Witherspoon of Washington, Arkansas.

Battle became a member of the Arkansas State House of Representatives in 1871, and served as a justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court from 1885 to 1910. He died on December 21, 1917, and is interred at Mount Holly Cemetery in Little Rock.
