B. Finley Vinson

B. Finley Vinson was president of Little Rock's First National Bank in the 1960s. He was co-developer of the Excelsior Hotel, which opened on East Markham Avenue in downtown Little Rock in 1982.

Vinson was also a co-founder of Fifty for the Future.
