Arkansas Highway 107 is maintained by the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department. The highway begins in North Little Rock, traveling northeast through Sherwood, Gravel Ridge, Macon, and Warsaw, then north through Otto and Vilonia, before turning west to Hamlet. The highway heads northeast again from Hamlet, passing through Enola, Barney, Enders, and Quitman before heading east and north to Greers Ferry Lake.
